Week 1

Hey my name's Evan and over the course of the next 12 weeks I will indulge myself into mastering the culinary arts, with my friend Colleen. We will be looking into and researching many different recipes for potential foods that we could make. Both me and Colleen work at the Pointe Bar and Grille so we are going to ask the head chef for any help and advice while making our food.
